This page explains what we store when you sign in with Google to appear on the honour board, why, and how to delete it. ·
If you play without signing in (Casual · 2-player · Puzzles), no data ever leaves your device.
What we store (only when signed in)
Your Google account id (sub) — a number that identifies the account, not your email
A hash of your email (SHA-256) — used only to stop one person making many accounts · we never store the actual email
The competition name you choose (shown on the honour board)
The moves of the Ladder games you submit · time spent per move
Hashes of your IP and browser type (anti-cheat) · never the real IP
Your rating, stats, best rung, and account session token
Why we store it
To show the honour board and rank fairly
To verify games follow the real rules (prevent fake wins)
To prevent fake accounts / cheating
What we do not collect / do
No real email · no password (Google handles sign-in; we never see your password)
Not-signed-in data (streak, on-device stats, puzzles) stays on your device only
We never sell data, share it with third parties, or show ads
Retention
Session token expires after 90 days
Account and game data are kept until you ask to delete them
Your rights (PDPA)
You may request access to your data
You may delete your account data at any time — press “Delete my account data” in the app
(📈 Progress tab → Online account). Once confirmed, your account and all your games are removed from the
server immediately and permanently.
